Refund & Return Policy
No refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty.
You have 14days after receiving the product to contact us if your item is faulty, in which a full refund will be issued once the faulty goods are returned.
In the case of a refund we do not reimburse shipping costs.
In a case where a refund is offered outside of the above guidelines, there is a 20% restocking fee.
Custom made exhausts are non-refundable.
We are currently experiencing occasional delays due to COVID-19, your order may be affected but we thank you for your patience during this difficult time.
Our parts and apparel are in high demand so we have up to a 10-day handling time plus shipping time.
Alot of our parts are also handmade here by us, so during sale periods please take into consideration orders can be delayed due to the volume of sales.
We can usually ship faster but we ask for you to allow this time.
Delivery to any country outside of Europe takes up to 10 working days shipping, however, sometimes customs can hold items for a week maybe more.
We can not be held responsible for any damaged caused by shipping companies or theft.
